Thank you for participating as a Partner/Exhibitor!  If you have Booth Space as an exhibitor or as part of your partnership, see below some details to make your experience enjoyable.

Move In
Monday, May 4, 2026 - 10:00 am – 5:00 pm

Move Out

Wednesday, May 6, 2025 - 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Standard Booth Space includes:

Floor space, draped display booth, one (1) 800-watt electrical outlet, basic on-site materials handling to booth (up to 5000 lbs. per crate, except for specialty work), crate storage during the show, 24-hour roaming security and 3 exhibit staff badges.

Booth Space does NOT include:  Conference/Lunch Access for Booth Staff, Tables, chairs, furniture, TV's, electrical cords or other A/V requirements.

Hardwall Booth Space includes:

(10x10’s and 10x20’s only) Floor space, hardwall shell scheme, counter, two (2) chairs, name board, daily janitorial, one (1) 800-watt electrical outlet, basic onsite materials handling to booth (up to 5000 lbs. per crate, except for specialty

Booth Space does NOT include:  Conference/Lunch Access for Booth Staff, extra chairs or furniture, TV's, electrical cords or other A/V requirements.
